THE WOMEN´S AND UNEMPLOYMENT
Actually, women are participatory in various sectors of society but persists the inequity of regarding employment opportunities. Similarly, when they have a job, the wage gap compared to the payment they give to men is evident because they receive less.
The low number of women who have jobs, work in communal areas of personal services, restaurants and hotels, transport, financial institutions and manufacturing. Furthermore, the number of working women are in the informal sector. Moreover, women who have professional education are not guaranteed that their have the same payment as men.
THE CHILDREN´S AND LACK EDUCATION
The principal cause is the lack of interest of students because it is not interesting for them to go to school for to study, also the lack of materials, chairs and tables aggravates the situation. Similarly, the quality of education is poor. In consequence of this the children learn not to read comprehensively and are difficult mathematical operations.
POVERTY
Poverty affects half the population, so Nicaragua is the second poorest country in Latin America. Poverty is higher in rural areas compared to urban areas. Moreover, 30% of departments do not have access to health, a third of the population lacks drinking water and similarly, the indigenous people live in very poor conditions.
Poor people are single mothers, old people, people who did not complete their studies, indigenous persons and disability status.
